Audience Award
For the first time, Filmed in Peru asked audiences to rate each film they watched.
All feature length films presented during the April edition competed for the PACCA Alliance Audience Award, which includes a cash prize and a handcrafted sculpture by celebrated Peruvian artist Lidia Cortez.
The winning film and the runner up received a cash award from the sponsors.
RUNA SIMI is the winner of the first Audience award. Both director Augusto Zegarra and participant Fernando Valencia attended the screenings of their film in Miami and New York.

1982 won the second place award. Director Garcia JC attended the screenings of his film in New York and Stamford. ​​​
