All ticket purchases for Filmed in Peru are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of circumstances.

The festival operates under a no refund policy in order to support the filmmakers, staff, and resources that make the event possible. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

If an event is canceled by the festival (due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control), we will make every effort to notify ticket holders and may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or alternative solution. These instances will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
