América (10) walks every day for more than two hours to the nearest school from her small and remote Andean village. If she is late once again, América will fail the school year. With the goal of arriving on time to school, she decides to buy a bicycle. In the attempt to gather the money she discovers a potential in her llamas that no one had considered. América embarks on an adventure that will lead her to self-discovery, empowerment, and pride in her roots.
