César "Pudy" Ballumbrosio Guadalupe was born in Chincha province, Ica region, Peru, and is a virtuoso Afro-Peruvian percussionist and actor. He is the son of Amador Ballumbrosio, an icon of Afro-Peruvian musical culture, and has been part of renowned bands like Peru Jazz and Nova Lima. He is the protagonist of the 2024 period drama Mistura set in 1960s Lima.
