Felipe Esparza Pérez (born 1985, Talara, Peru) holds a master's degree in Contemporary Photography from Centro de la Imagen (Lima, 2016) and from Le Fresnoy - Studio National des Arts Contemporains (France). His work links cinema, visual arts, and video, exploring nature, spirituality, and image-time relationships. He is a fellow at Harvard University's Film Study Center, and his feature debut Cielo abierto (2023) was selected for IFFR 2023.
