Henry Vallejo Torres (born 1970, Azángaro/Puno, Peru) is a Peruvian film director, producer, and screenwriter best known for Manco Cápac (English: Powerful Chief, 2020). The film was selected as Peru's official entry for Best International Feature Film at the 94th Academy Awards (Oscars). He is a native of Puno and chose his home city as the backdrop for his film.
